Course Objectives:


Utilising the expertise, experience and knowledge of local Pastors and Leaders, the Academy provides a One year evening class programme combining both Theological and Practical aspects of ministry.

The Academy also aims to provide a dynamic learning environment for those who simply want to develop their appreciation of God’s Word for personal understanding and life application.

With a focus on Christian Ministry and Biblical Studies, the course is designed to enable students to;

  1. * Understand the nature of the church, ministry, mission and personal development for service in the local church.
  2. * Develop skills and attitudes that meet and ministry needs in the local church.

  4. * Develop an understanding of scripture that is sensitive to the original and contemporary contexts.

Entry requirements:


There are no academic entry requirements and the course may be accessed by simply taking individual modules, however, it is designed to be undertaken as a complete course in which the modules combine to give a fuller understanding of the educational and practical aspects of the believer’s life and ministry.
